1. Don't just jog, yes that's right, it does more damage than good.
2. Don't count calories, or cut out food groups from your diet.
3. Don't rely on supplements to provide you with healthy nutrients.
1. Do High intensity exercise for at least 15 minutes EVERY OTHER DAY.
2. Eat more healthy, digestible, unprocessed whole foods, in the right proportions.
3. Avoid weight loss products and fad diets that can be very dangerous.
